9th Annual Wine & Golf Days

Join Dennis Cakebread for our 9th Annual Wine & Golf Days, taking place on May 29-31, 2013, at the historic Five Star American Club Resort Hotel located in the Village of Kohler, WI. Cakebread Cellars Wine & Golf Days is a one of a kind experience for the golf aficionado as well as those that are new to the sport. We will begin with our “Grand Sampling”, where we will sample both Cakebread Cellars wines and latest and greatest TaylorMade golf clubs. The following day, our golf adventure begins on the rugged and stunning Whistling Straits golf course, where we will play in teams of four in a friendly competition for the right to be crowned the winner of the Cakebread Cup. After a great day of golf, we’ll sit down to a fantastic vintner dinner located in the Kohler Design Center while we recall the invigorating day of golf. Catch & Cook: Salmon Fishing Expedition & Cooking Class - 2 day event

It doesn’t get much fresher than this! We’ll head out beyond the Golden Gate Bridge with Dennis Cakebread and spend a day trying our hand at fishing for wild salmon.
Next day, join us in the kitchen to learn to cook your catch. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to clean and cook fresh salmon, then feature it from starter to side dish to entrée. Recipes will include tostadas with salmon ceviche, salmon cakes with whole-grain mustard aioli, cedar-plank salmon with roasted tomato butter, miso-glazed salmon and andouille-crusted salmon. Then sit down to a true salmon feast, all paired with Cakebread wines. |

40th Anniversary Celebration!
What were you doing in 1973? For Jack & Dolores Cakebread it all started with a camera, but that's another story. To celebrate Cakebread Cellars' 40th Anniversary, we have a grand event planned this summer. On Saturday, August 10, 2013, the Cakebread family will roll out the red carpet for our club members and distinguished guests for a magical journey through time.
Help us celebrate with amazing wines, delicious food and dancing to the sounds of a great band.
Time: 6:30 pm
Price: $100 per person, or $175 per couple, plus tax

1. Call us at (800) 588-0298 or send an email to events@cakebread.com to reserve your space. Generally, there is a maximum of 2 guests per membership.
2. We'll charge your credit card on file and send you a confirmation letter/ticket(s). State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
3. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket(s) at any time. Please contact us so that we may acknowledge and record the transfer.
4. Please keep in mind that since these are adult events, minors may not attend.
