No time like the present to treat yourself to dishes that remind us of simpler times. Our chefs have enhanced two childhood favorites with gourmet touches to pair perfectly with our wines: Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon and Pickled Mustard Seed, and Mom’s Meatloaf with Crimini Mushroom Gravy.

Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon & Pickled Mustard Seeds: Follow the directions to prepare & cook bacon ahead of time Hard boil eggs Measure out in separate ramekins the vinegar, sugar, mustard powder & seeds Measure mayonnaise, cider vinegar, paprika
