About This Event

Get into the holiday spirit and pick up some inspiration for your own holiday get-togethers with this festive cooking class that features new takes on some holiday classics. 

.  We’ll start with hors d’oeuvres of Dungeness Crab Tostadas with Guacamole + Tomatillo Salsa, and Apple and Butternut Squash Soup with Vadouvan Spiced Pumpkin Seeds. Then sit down to a festive meal of Smoked Turkey with Gingersnap Gravy, Cornbread + Andouille Sausage Dressing, Yukon Gold Potato Puree with Roast Garlic Roast Acorn Squash with Chili, Mint & Feta Cheese, and Cranberry-Red Wine Sauce. Finish it all off with a Classic Apple Pie. Your meal with be paired with an array of red and white wines from the Cakebread cellar.
