About This Event
It’s the perfect season for fresh mushrooms, squash, leeks, yellow onions, flatleaf parsley and creeping thyme to take their place on the table. Our Butternut Squash, Onion Confit and Gruyere Cheese Galette and Mushroom Leek Breadpudding highlight these farm fresh late-winter staples.
